Bright & Well Yoga
Sarah will be teaching every Thursday evening at Quay Place. Her yoga classes aim to create mental and physical space, giving you an opportunity to press-pause and connect inward. She will be teaching a Yoga for All class, followed by Pregnancy Yoga.
Yoga for All – 6.15-7.15pm
Suitable for all abilities, from beginners to experienced yogis.
There will be a focus on breath awareness, as a way to connect with mind and body.
Slow flowing movement will allow exploration of the fundamentals of the poses, and breath and relaxation techniques will ensure that you leave with more mental and physical space.
Perfect for pressing pause after a busy day.
60 minute class: £9 drop-in, £40 for 5 classes, or £70 for 10 classes.
Pregnancy Yoga – 7.30-8.45pm
Suitable for all abilities, from complete beginners to experienced yogis, from 15+ to 40+ weeks.
Learn ways of feeling more comfortable in your changing body with gentle stretching and strengthening exercises, preparing you for pregnancy, birth and beyond.
You will learn valuable breathing techniques for birth and relaxation, positions for birth, and helpful poses to ease common pregnancy aches and ailments.
Each session is tailored to those attending and ends with a much-loved guided relaxation.
A great way to make friends with other pregnant women, feel more comfortable throughout your pregnancy, and prepare for birth.
75 minute class: £11 drop-in, £50 for 5 classes, or £90 for 10 classes.
