Deborah Martin-King Yoga Classes
The class will be a mix of flowing sequences to warm the body and awareness of breath, to hold poses/stretches which will encourage flexibility and balance and tone the body. Laughter is encouraged and don’t worry there will be no chanting or headstands. We will close on a guided relaxation to quiet the mind and release stress.
Open to all, beginners welcome, advance at your own pace.
Mats provided if you don’t already have one.
