Each month at Quay Place we have a different theme which relates to an emotional need. Just as we have physical needs for food, drink, sleep and movement, we have emotional needs too which need to be met for us to stay well.
The month of March is all about Respect. To feel valued and respected for the contribution we make to the people around us is an important emotional need. This is true of all of us, and at different stages of our lives we need to feel valued for different things.
Understanding how the need for respect is expressed is important for relationships and families; and businesses and organisations in the private and public sector need to know how to ensure that all their employees feel valued and respected. Our event at the end of the month 'Learn to speak childish' will help you to explore respect in your family relationships.
We hope you will join us for this event and other events and activities at Quay place too. For all our current events and activities for this month click here to see the leaflet.
