June - Sleep

Quay Place is focusing on the need for sleep during the month of June. Sleep is as important to our health as eating, drinking and breathing. Insomnia and poor quality sleep are linked to physical ill health as well as mental health problems such as anxiety and depression. Mental Wellbeing & Spirituality: A series of evening talks

Wednesday 4th July - 6pm to 7.30pm

Mental health and spirituality increasingly overlap in both theory and practice. Is there a link? To explore the answer to this question, and to develop safer practices for those working in these fields, a series of three evening sessions with Ezra Hewing, will be held.

Sporting Memories

Mondays - 10.30am to 12.00pm

Sporting Memories brings together anyone over the age of 50 to talk about sport and their recollections of great sporting occasions. 

Colouring Group

Mondays, 2.00pm - 4.00pm 

Our adult colouring group is the ideal place to indulge your creative side. Learn about the heritage of the building too by colouring in images all linked to Quay Place.

Acupuncture for All

Tuesdays, 3.00 pm - 7.30 pm

Ideal for those with limited time and/or resources, and particularly suited to those suffering with stress, anxiety and depression who feel overwhelmed or intimidated by talking therapies, but feel ready to make a positive change.

Craft Group

Wednesdays, 1.00pm - 3.00pm

Make or do something new working alongside others in an informal, friendly setting.  

Nourish Food Group

Monthly from Tuesday June 12th, 18:00 - 20:00.
