Each month at Quay Place, we focus on an emotional or physical need. Just as we have physical needs for food, drink, sleep and movement, we have emotional needs too which need to be met for us to stay well. The month of March is all about Respect.

Tuesdays, 3.00 pm - 7.30 pm
Ideal for those with limited time and/or resources, and particularly suited to those suffering with stress, anxiety and depression who feel overwhelmed or intimidated by talking therapies, but feel ready to make a positive change.
Wednesdays, 1.00pm - 3.00pm
Make or do something new working alongside others in an informal, friendly setting.
