July - Security

Our theme for July is Security. ‘The need to feel safe, both physically and emotionally, is essential for emotional wellbeing. An unmet need for physical and emotional security can trigger stress, distress and even panic attacks. Come and find out how the brain’s ‘security officer’ works to try and keep us safe; why the ‘security officer’ can sometimes get things wrong and cause us to overreact; address your environment to make it safer; and learn how to lower stress levels so that you can feel calmer and more at ease.’

We hope you will join us for this months event and activities at Quay place. For all our current events and activities for this month click here to see the leaflet.
