In my treatments I aim to help Shiatsu clients adopt a more relaxed, healthy and balanced approach to life, improve energy levels and reawaken the mind and body connection.
I qualified as a Shiatsu Practitioner in 2007 and run private clinics in Sudbury and Bury St Edmunds. I worked at Whipps Cross Hospital in London, giving Shiatsu treatments to people with cancer, palliative and end of life care and at St Mary’s Hospital in Northamptonshire with in-patients in the mental health acute ward.
I am a Tai Chi and Qigong (pronounced ‘Chee Gong’) teacher and have been practising for the past 25 years, I studied with Master Chu and with The John Ding International Academy of Tai Chi Chuan. I teach Tai Chi and Qigong in Sudbury and run regular workshops at the Arthur Rank Hospice in Cambridge and at Sue Ryder in Ipswich for people with MS and Stroke. I also work with schools and colleges delivering Shiatsu and Qigong workshops as part of inset and wellbeing days.
