I'm a Shamanic Practitioner and a Qi Gong Teacher, committed to the continual transformation and evolution of being, to know and celebrate the greatest expression of who we are.
Qi Gong is a transformational process that can enrich anyone’s life. The origins of Qi Gong (or Chi Kung) can be traced back to the Shamanic practices of the tribal Wu people in ancient China, and dates back at least 4000 years before the time of the Yellow Emperor. Often used as a healing practice the various Qi Gong forms create immediate change and lead to improved health, strength and wellbeing. The practice of Qi Gong continuously evolves our consciousness, allowing access to higher realms of awareness, awakening one's "true nature", and helping develop human potential.
Sometimes we have a pattern in our lives that seems to keep repeating itself. These patterns can affect us in many different ways: maybe we keep on making the same mistake or choice in business or relationships, it could be an illness or pain that won’t go away or keeps returning, or the way other people treat us, or how we react in certain situations or to specific people. Sometimes there’s a deep longing, sadness, anger or fear that stalks us without knowing where it comes from or why. There are many patterns that define our lives.
Shamanism teaches that these patterns originate within us and are triggered under certain circumstances. Like a button being pressed, a cascade of information floods into our system, causing mental, emotional and physiological changes or effects.
It’s possible to release our patterns quickly and easily through a Personal Shamanic Session without having to struggle or relive the pain and hurt that they are often entangled with. When the triggers are released we no longer have the same predetermined responses, allowing us to transform as the patterns dissolve.
This transformation of being becomes our new foundation of life, changing how we perceive ourselves and the world around us, leading us to engage with the richness of life in a new way, in an ever greater expression of the fullness of who we truly are.
